NON-U.S. CITIZENS REQUIRED TO CARRY EVIDENCE OF LEGAL IMMIGRATION STATUS
Recent ICE enforcement activity is prompting reminders that non-U.S. citizens must carry original, physical proof of their lawful immigration status under federal law (INA § 264(e)).
